Our Expanded Core Programs
Equine Facilitated Coaching Sessions
Horses are masterful communicators and naturally form highly attuned herd dynamics. In these sessions, we use unique ground-based horse communication techniques to help you look at your life through a new lens. By interacting with the herd, you will learn how to build deep trust, establish healthy boundaries, and sharpen adaptive leadership skills. This powerful experiential work gives you practical tools to strengthen your family relationships, improve communication, and rebuild connections at home and in your community.
Post Traumatic Growth Curriculum and Immersive Wilderness Retreats
This comprehensive curriculum seamlessly blends focused classroom education with hands on horse work, guiding you step by step through the framework of positive growth after trauma. To fit your schedule, we offer this program in two formats: a weekly series running once a week for six weeks, or an intensive weeklong immersion.
Every program concludes with an unforgettable three-day capstone retreat designed to help you decompress and bond with your peers. Depending on the track you choose, your retreat will culminate in either an authentic, team driven cattle drive or a rugged, high-energy expedition exploring the backcountry in a UTV Side by Side.
Holistic Life Skills Seminars and Creative Workshops
We believe in supporting the whole person, which means providing tools for both mind and body. Our educational seminars cover essential everyday skills like adaptive stress management and martial arts based self-defense. Alongside these practical skills, we host hands on creative workshops including woodworking, leather working, and painting. These workshops offer a productive, focused outlet to master a new craft, unwind, and experience the therapeutic benefits of working with your hands. (Previous Resilience Unleashed)

Together, with the ideally-matched horse, Equine Specialist and Licensed Mental Health Professional, individuals and families will engage in ground-based activities that focus on:
- Addressing the unique needs of current and former military service members, veterans and first responders
- Supporting individuals as they prepare for deployment, demanding service roles or high-stress assignments
- Helping returning service members and first responders bridge the gap between military, emergency response or public safety work and everyday life
- Regaining productive life skills, including entering or returning to the workforce, reconnecting with family and furthering education
- Discovering the benefits of the horse-human connection and how vital it can be to healing from trauma
- Sustaining effective life management skills
- Fostering awareness, emotional regulation and healthy connection with others
